Legistify is looking for en enterprising candidate for the role of Business Development Manager. The position is for our corporate office in Noida sector 1.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sale accreditation.
  • Create daily lead sources.
  • Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
  • Make targeted outgoing telephone calls per day, to prospective accredited businesses within a designated market area.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective accredited businesses.
  • Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace to be able to properly screen prospective accredited businesses.
  • Collect payment from accredited businesses.Accurately complete the application for accreditation.
  • Maintain established minimum standard of performance.Develops leads
  • Generate leads through cold calling/Dispatch mailers to prospects by E-mail; Follow-up calls, E-mail to prospects
  • Market research
  • Establishing initial contact and gathering information Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision quotas Managing clients.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in law or management.
