The CONTEMPORARY LAW REVIEW (CLR) is a faculty run bi-annual blind reviewed journal published by the Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. The primary objective of this journal is to serve the academic community with legal scholarship and to promote reflective thinking on emerging socio-legal issues and ideas that call for action or rethinking by researchers, scholars, jurists, administrators, and policy makers.
It takes interdisciplinary approach to enhance the relationship between the law and society. The journal is an earnest attempt to provide an effective research tool by sparking scholastic conversation among a diverse academia, Members of Bar and Bench, scholars, students and thinkers.
The forthcoming issue of the journal intends to publish scholarly papers and articles, notes and comments and review of literature. The journal focuses on inter-disciplinary socio, economic and legal knowledge dissemination as a need for changing contours of legal profession.
The Editorial Board of CLR is inviting quality research papers from:
- Academicians and professionals (inter-disciplinary with law);
- Judges and Advocates;
- Research Scholars; and
- Students, if the editorial board deems it fit to be an extraordinary scholastic work.
Research paper should be thematic and identification of sub-themes will be highly appreciated. It should have proper research questions and should also reflect the findings.
Submissions must be emailed at email@example.com (preferably in .docx format) along with a covering letter addressed to ‘The Editor-Contemporary Law Review (CLR) Editorial Board’.
The covering letter should include the author’s, designation, institutional affiliation along with contact information and an abstract of not exceeding 200 words along with 4 to 6 key words.
