Mr. P. Sanjai Gandhi is an Add. Govt. Pleader before the High Court at Madras since 2011. He has an experience of 17 years at the bar. He is also proficient in dealing with Intellectual Property Rights laws and write jurisdiction before the Madras High Court.
He aims to recruit a few juniors in the next 2-3 months. Recent graduates and final year students are welcome to apply.
Excellent drafting, communication and research skills are a requisite. Interest in IPR is preferred with ability to work in a dynamic environment. Please apply only if you are confident with your drafting skills.
He invites prospective juniors for a two-tier process of assessment. First tier – Interested applicants may send in their resumes by e-mail and subsequently set-up a convenient date and time for a brief discussion with the Advocate-in-office. Second tier – Subsequently shortlisted applicants maybe called in for a two-week assessment under Mr. Gandhi. After completion of the assessment period, he shall inform you if you are suitable for the position or not. National Law University students/Localities with good knowledge in English & Drafting maybe granted preference.
Certificate will be provided for the two week assessment to the selected applicants.
Assessment period – Nil.
Confirmed selected juniors(post assessment) – Rs. 10,000/- per month as base package subject to increased remuneration based on performance.
Location and Stay
Accommodation should be taken care of the by the prospective applicants. It is advisable to find lodging near a local train station that connects to ‘Madras Beach’ station as it is the nearest railway station.
