Leaders For Tomorrow Fellowship is a platform for any youth who is passionate about leading positive change in their society.
This one year programme gives you the space to work on various social action programmes with youth volunteers while developing and implementing your own ideas under the guidance of a mentor.
Each fellow is given an opportunity to work on their idea for a project on social change. This could range from anything including the use of technology in development, education, health, entrepreneurship, designing for change etc. The fellow works on the idea with the support of a mentor, and works on its implementation with a team of volunteers.
During the course of the year, the fellow is given exposure to a number of fields including marketing, management, and leadership while interacting with eminent leaders from various backgrounds, attending skill development workshops and managing and executing social action events.
The fellowship prepares one to use their skills and ideas to lead change around them!
