  1. i have compeleted my babl 5yrs course last year, now am practicing advocte in highcourt,my percentage is 49% oly,can i apply for this

  2. Why are married men allowed to apply, whereas married women are debarred from the same? Why the double standard in this day and age?
Even if the logic is that the officers would be transferred from one place to another which would supposedly interfere with the so called bounden duty of a woman to take care of the home and hearth, where do they get off prioritizing her domestic “duties” over her career? Shouldn’t it be entirely upto her how she manages all her various roles? And if domestic duties are SO important, how can they condone a married man leaving his wife in a different city or shunting his family around the country?
This notification is ridiculous. Why don’t the powers that be realize how outdated their values have become, and attempt to keep up with the times? This is pathetic.
