Business Development Manager
Assertive Cold Calling and fixing meetings with Decision makers/CXOs of Companies.
Identifying potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Lead Generation in B2B space
Concept & Service Selling Experience. High end B2B business development experience.
Plan approaches and pitches, Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client needs, concerns and objectives.
Present new services and enhance existing relationships.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data in accurate forecast business targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Conduct Business activities that generate Business and market growth in assigned region for “new” and “existing” clients.
The job involves intense domestic & international travelling.
MBA from very reputed institute.
Preference will be given to candidates with international exposure.
Good verbal communication skills needed.
Writing BD and account plans.
Proficient Computer skills.
