First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

First impression was good because there was a formal conversation with the member of the NGO about my study and future plan.

Main tasks

Field Work:

To make a report on village, about their day to day activities and problems they come over.

To visit court and observe court proceedings.

Work environment and people

Good and healthy, as you were required to do field work with villagers.

Best things

You will love to have a conversation with villagers.

Bad things

Management was not up to the mark. They were very slow.

Biggest Lessons

World is not so beautiful as it seems. You Will come to know about problem faced by poor.

As per my experience it was totally a political mishap which creates such a situation.

Accommodation

I stayed with my brother in IndraNagar, Ghaziabad. Head Office was about 15-18 Km from there.

Office Timings

I was recruited there for part time so my timing was not fixed. But usually main timing was 9:00 am to 5:00 on.
