His office at that time was under construction so I did not visit office.

Accommodation: how, where, how was it?
As far as the matter of accommodation is concerned, you need to make your own arrangements for the same.
I mainly had to go to Supreme Court, High Court, Saket District court, DRT so I took PG in Patel Nagar as it was kind of at the center and it was as to reach different courts and commission from there.
First impression. First day, formalities etc.
On my first day at office, I was first introduced with some of the associate and I was taken to Supreme Court to observe the proceedings. My first impression about the office was pretty good.
No other formalities as such were required.
There were mainly cases related to Banking and Securitizations. Firm mainly handled cases of _____,______ and dealt with loan recovery and arbitration cases.
Main tasks involved the following:
a. Watching court proceedings
b. To read briefs and files.
c. Filling of cases.
d. Prepare summons and notices for loan defaulters.
e. Appearing in district courts, consumer forums, DRT and state commission for taking adjournments.
f. Some rough documentation work including preparing LRN (Loan Recovery Notices) and preparing envelopes for sending notices (sometimes it use to get very boring and tiresome).
I had to regularly visit “________” office for some documentary work relating to preparing of loan recover notices.
Work environment, people
When it comes to work Shobhit sir is a hard task master otherwise he is very co-operative and friendly. What is expected from interns is punctuality and hard work.
He communicates with interns on a daily basis and discusses the ongoing cases.
He is always ready to take up your queries when you are doing his work & trust me I’ve even called him at 0300 hrs in the morning just to ask some work related questions and he never got irritated.
Other associates are also very nice and co-operative. There is no pressure as such and one can enjoy the work.
The best part is that Shobhit sir solves all your legal queries, ensures that you are working properly and learning out of the work you do.
If you are overburdened with work on a particular day he will give you off the other day.
Some of the clerical work got really tedious. Sometimes you will get overburdened and get frustrated.
What did you do to chill? Co-interns, colleagues
I was interning along with my friend, so we always used to chill while we were doing work in Ladies Bar room of Saket District Court Complex plus if we had time we even used to hang out at Select City Walk for movies.
He generally does not give stipend but he was very happy with my work so I was given Rs. 3000 stipend.
Anything else you’d like to tell; Biggest lessons
It was a great time interning here and got to learn a lot.
