RESOLVE, a Delhi based Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) start up, is looking for interns, preferably law students, with operation acumen and interest, who are open to growing with them.


Resolve- The Effective Dispute Resolution Forum was established in the year 2014 by Ms. Siboney S.Sagar, former general counsel and commercial lawyer with over 16 years of cumulative experience.

We function with a view that people have the capacity and ability to resolve disputes, however complex, using effective mechanisms and given the appropriate guidance set in a conducive, comfortable and secure environment.

We provide a platform to select the relevant resolution specialists being mediators, conciliators and/or arbitrators. The forum experts are positioned to facilitate parties to take control and gain positive results in complex business and community environments.

As commercial interests grow and organizations establish multiple relationships, we increasingly employ mediation/conciliation as a strategic deal facilitation and conflict management tool aside from its efficacy as a dispute resolution mechanism.

In addition, we provide competent services for reaching effective resolution of disputes, conflicts and/ or issues at various stages in the timeline of a relationship, venture, investment, organization or a dispute, as the case may be.

We focus on employing effective mechanisms for the prevention, management and the resolution of conflicts to help individuals and organizations stay on track and in control of their commerce and concerns.

Lawyers and conflict specialists at Resolve provide legal advisory, consultation and coaching in dispute resolution and for effective conflict management systems, including education and training in negotiation, mediation, and conciliation for key managerial and organizational personnel.

We also maintain access to certified ombudsman, mediators and conciliators as third party facilitators in internal or external matters requiring inquiry or resolution.

Resolve services cover structured dispute resolution process including mediation/ conciliation, small to medium commercial, contractual, recovery arbitrations and strategic conflict management services.

The conflict specialists, including Siboney, are actively engaged in teaching and developing advanced curriculum for alternate dispute resolution (ADR) processes, negotiation skills and conflict management to students, executives and key managerial personnel at established institutes across India.

Role: Intern

Preference: Delhi based law students or law graduates

Period of Internship: February – March 2017 (Minimum Duration of 3 Weeks)

Work Profile & Requirements:

Interns are required to assist on – research, drafting, content development, writing and presentation.

We expect fluency in English, a flair for writing, an eye for detail, efficient proofreading and paraphrasing skills.
