This is a call for applications for 3rd and 4th year law students (Five year Programme) interested in research internships in policy organizations.
Where: Centre for Resource Security and Development Policy at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI).
Office Location: India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi
Mentor: Dr. M P Ram Mohan (Fellow, TERI and President, Nuclear Law Association, India)
Duration: Six weeks (Minimum)
Scope of Work: The internship will require the applicant to work upon Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) sponsored projects.
Major task would be drafting high quality research papers on nuclear law, policy, politics and sociological studies which would then be published in reputed international journals as part of the study.
A pre-requisite is that the applicant must have knowledge about the nuclear energy scenario in India and nuclear law in general. However, that condition can be waived if the applicant possesses strong research skills discernible from his/her CV.
