Justice Fakruddin (Retd.), Senior Advocate, Supreme Court, Delhi, 7.

Application Process

I applied there through mail to one of the associates I was knowing. and later I went to Delhi and talked to sir personally.

Duration of internship and timings

January 2014.

4 Weeks.

10 to 7.

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

The office is located at 22-1, Jangpura, Delhi and the first the I went there I was introduced to two other interns from Amity Jaipur.

I was basically handed over the task to work with Raj Kishore sir and Neeru Sharma madam.

The interns were told to be in proper uniform all 5 days, whenever there was a matter in the court we were asked to attend that and was given research work.

Main tasks

I basically have a heavy interest in research so daily I was given the some or the other research work which I use to love.

Work environment and people

The environment is somewhat strict in the sense that Fakhruddin sir wants the interns to learn something which is in fact a good thing. the other associates a cool enough.

No stipend.

Biggest Lessons

I saw the work of supreme court lawyers, like Mr. Ram Jethmalani arguing which was dream come true for a law student.

  1. I wish to meet Justice Fakruddin immediately. Please give me his email and/or direct telephone number or mobile number.

  2. Can some good lawyers help me in Filing, circulating and putting my Statutory Appeal before the CJI urgently against patently false, deliberately delayed, unilateral order in second Contempt Case (double jeopardy) decided by VM Kanade and RM Dere of the Bombay High Court? He did that in Revenge because I have reported him under the In-House Procedure 1999 of the Supreme Court of India and now for Impeachment for gross abuse of power, rampant corruption, etc.
