Duration in weeks. No. of days/week

Timings  6 days a week.

Timings: 11 am – 7/8 pm

First impression. First day, formalities etc.

On the first day I was asked to assist for a sale agreement, which first seemed like a task, however with proper guidelines and co-operation, I was successfully able to work on it.

Main tasks

IPO drafting, drafting of agreements like MOU, sale deed etc.

Work environment, people

The work environment in this firm is pretty relaxed. As an intern we were given proper responsibilities and working on those transactions was indeed the best part. The work never gets monotonous for the reason being that every new assignment is in itself a new challenge. I was barely given the research work.

Best things

Jimit Sir, The founder of this firm is extremely co-operative and helpful. All my mistakes were rectified and there was always something new to learn.

Bad things

JPS Legal is a Boutique firm. We were in all four of us. 3 interns and 1 associate. Although this turned out to be a plus point because we were given some real responsibilities and not some petty research work.

What did you do to chill? Co-interns, colleagues

Listening to music and going for a walk during lunch time was my chill plan here.

Stipend/ month

Rs. 2000/- Per month.

Biggest lessons

You just have to give in your all while working and in return the work will definitely reward you.
