First impression, first day, formalities
First impression was good. Already, many of my friends had asked me why I chose to intern with a Start-Up? I got the answer to this question, the very first day. The atmosphere was amazing, PASSIONATE PEOPLE PURSUING THEIR PASSION with amazing ZEAL!
The first day only, I got induced with the amazing energy from office’s atmosphere which made me give my 100% over the internship period (which is unusual in most internships).
I was also asked what are my interests, why I chose to intern there and what are my future plans. First day itself, I got to write an article which got published on Clathacker. You can read it HERE.
All those who want to learn about how to go about entrepreneurship, marketing, writing (blogging, structured writing), exploring new dimensions of law, I believe an internship with iPleaders is a golden opportunity.
I researched extensively during my internship period, got to write many articles (luckily all of them got published, happy!). One will surely improve his/her writing skills during the internship.
Interacting with the Co-founders is a fruitful and continuous exercise. One get lots of ideas, tips and to mention the least-Passion to follow your interests rather than ending up with something which doesn’t interests you (I learned being your own boss is fun).
Work environment, people
This is something which you don’t get in most internships- The amazing work environment. Abhyudaya , Ramanuj and Pallavi (the co-founders) are among the most passionate people I have met recently. I was delighted to see them working with this zeal.
They worked while eating (lunch), that was something I had never seen in an internship. Simply amazing environment, I must say. I could easily interact with The Three Faces of the organization, anytime I wanted. Also you get to meet interns from reputed law colleges in the country.
(Although it may depend on your internship period). So I got to interact with students from other law colleges. This certainly helps a law student. One can get career guidance, motivation, inspiration from the internship.
The best things AND the bad things
Best Things: Best place if you are interested in writing, if you want to explore new avenues in the legal field, anyone who plans to become an entrepreneur in future, also a very good place for creative people. The Best thing I found is- Passionate co-founders, they will certainly inspire you!
Bad thing: Maybe not the best place for a corporate-oriented student.
Accommodation etc. What did you to do chill in and around the office and the place of stay?
Eat delicious Chicken rolls and momos in the J-Block market. PVR is nearby, so no Metro-Auto tension in case one wants to watch any movie.
