How big was the office? Team strength?
The Indian National Bar Association had a moderate sized comfortable office. You get your own personal desktop for carrying out the research work or any other work that has been assigned to you.
The assistant manager on the first day guides you with the nature of work that you would be expected to carry out as an intern. At that point of time I was working with 2 co-interns.

Accommodation: how, where, how was it?
I stayed in a PG at Sarai jullena very close to Sector A New friends Colony where my office was located.
First impression. First day, formalities etc.
I was introduced to the team of associates and other interns. Not much work was assigned on the very first day and the atmosphere was friendly and cordial.
Main tasks (in detail)
I was mainly assigned tasks related to the conference which was being organised by INBA in lieu of National law day. It was a two day conference wherein I got to closely interact with a number of legal luminaries and participated in the interactive sessions based on burning legal issues.
Meanwhile, I also got the permission of the head to visit almost every court in Delhi and that helped me learn the procedural aspect and functioning of courts. I learnt drafting cases, making judgment summaries etc.
Work environment, people
Work environment was very student friendly and people were cooperative and helping.
I never felt overloaded with work and got tremendous support from my colleagues and co interns.
Well, mostly I felt that I didn’t get much of a legal exposure and hoped for some better work from law perspective.
What did you do to chill? Co-interns, colleagues
I made really good friends with my co intern and we used to have loads of fun together. Community Centre at NFC was our second home and the best place to hang out in the neighbourhood.
During lunch breaks all of us (colleagues and interns) used to have lunch together, discuss our college or any random stuff freely and that made the work environment even more lively.
Anything else you’d like to tell; Biggest lessons
Go for a thorough research while applying for internship and set your priorities right. Otherwise at times you might end up feeling that you’re simply wasting your time in a particular organization.
