The people over there were very easy going.
They just gave an introduction about the office working time and their schedule, about the topics they are mostly dealt with.
They were asked us to take different topics and read the rights which are available to different categories to get an fair idea about the rights available to various categories.
The way the team interacted was pretty comfortable.
They made us understand about the situations of disabled men and women.
And in between our head made a class and showed us a documentary film, and we had an interaction session for a better improvement and concern for such categories.
After few days the intern students were divided into groups to make a report of the topics in which they selected.
Some interns did a funky colorful posters, having information about the rights which they had chosen.
And on the last day they will send us to different places in which they will be having camps in rural areas for 2 or 3 days to study about the vulnerable groups and to have an interactive session with the villagers and the municipalities/panchayats.

Work environment, people.
The people in the firm were very easy going which make us comfortable.
If the intern does not like the topic which have selected , they could just interchange the topics with the permission of the head.
The people over in the office are very much keen to help the interns at their best.
Best things and Bad things.
Nothing to specify as such about the best things and the bad things.
The best thing is that you would really know about the subject you are working and more about the cultural and political rights which is rightly available to people.
The worst thing is that you wont be feeling the need to discontinue the work because it increases your social skill day by day. (Provided the interns are interested).
Accommodation etc. What did you do to chill? Co-interns, colleagues.
I was a day scholar.
It probably took about 20 minutes from my home.
But my friend’s stayed in hostel which is near to the internship place.
Both the places are at Kacheripady, Cochin. It hardly takes around 10 mins walk from the hostel.
The office staff would help you out in case if you don’t find any place to stay near the office.
They are really helpful.
