First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

I went to the office which is situated infront of the SNDT College in the Karve Road, Erandwane.

I reached there early in the morning somewhere around 9 o’clock and only clerk was there. She gave me a form and asked me to fill it.

Then they took the recommendation letter and the day started. I was asked to go to the Training Officer and she made me clear about my work after 3 hours of training.

Main tasks

Poster making, recruitment, helping in HR work, research, field work etc.

Work environment and people

There were only few people in the office the rest of the employees were assigned only field work. The staff members are young so it was easy for me to adjust with them.

Best things

The team members as they were young and they use to ask me whether I can do this work or not.

Bad things

If you are law student I would only suggest you not to go here but in case if you want to enter into a corporate world then you can just go here for a month to test your patience as the work assigned here is a bit boring.

Biggest Lessons

I have tested my patience skills for a whole month by deliberatly saying yes to the work which I even do not want to do.

I have my own flat there.

Office Timings

10 am to 6 pm. Weekend off.
