Application Process with contact details
Since, I got the internship through college, so, I’am unaware about the process. But, after having word with co-interns, I got to know that they contacted for internship about three months prior to the internship period.
Curriculum Vitae can be mailed to any of the team member of TMT Law Practices, keeping in mind the branch where you want to intern.
Duration of internship and timings
It was four week internship i.e. from 1st June, 2016 to 28th June, 2016.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
First of all, the way showed in google maps to reach to the office is actually wrong and confusing. But, somehow I managed to reach to the office.
The very first day, we we’re given a form to fill in our details and were asked to submit a photocopy of our college IDs and a government ID proof.
Then we’re told Do’s and Don’ts. Also, we were told to submit an article every week and worksheet by the end of every week, writing about what we did in the whole week.
Though office is small, but is quite good. It has good infrastructure as well.
Main tasks
Since, it is a boutique firm, we had work related to different and probably new fields.
Basically, we were given research work on Sports Law, Clinical Trials, Bio-Similar guidelines, Electricity Tariff, Patent and Trademarks.
We also wrote case briefs was the cases pending.
Work environment and people
People in the firm were sweet, co-operating and always helped us in clearing the doubts and spreading the knowledge. They scolded us and praised us.
Best things
Coffee, conference room, discussions, the location and the food which we ordered almost everyday from near by eating joints.
Helping nature of everyone including the clerical staff was the best thing. Also, the knowledge which we got while researching on new topics was also one of the best things.
Bad things
Sometimes we were given too much of work by different people, that we got confused which one to do first.

Biggest Lessons
Dress code should be adhered, strictly. Salutation should not be forgotten, even by mistake. Do not procrastinate.
Accommodation
Since, I reside in NCR, so I traveled by metro. But one of my co-interns was staying in a PG near Dhaula Kuan.
Office Timings
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM were the office timings and the break was from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. One was not allowed to leave the office before 7:00 PM, and has to reach on time.
But, if got late or not coming then it was the duty to inform our mentor, so that task can be assigned to other intern.
