Your Name, College, Year of Study, Email ID

Pankhuri Arora, UILS, Panjab University, 3rd year,

Name of Organisation, Location, Team Strength

Tata Motors, Jeevan Tara Building, Sansad Marg, New Delhi. there were just 2 interns at a time.

Application Process

I applied by mailing the CV at the official id of Senior Legal Manager.

Mail ID:

Duration of internship and timings

I interned for a period of 4 weeks.

Timings were around 10 to 6:30.

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

There were Just 3 people working under legal head.

So the senior legal manager briefed the two of us about the office, type of work, timings etc.

The office is not pretty big but still interns were given separate cubicles.

Main tasks

Actual work involved briefing of cases.

We were also taught to draft replies.

If you happen to be lucky, you can attend the once in a while arbitration proceedings and take back lot of experience.

Work environment and people

As opposite to what was portrayed, all the three legal people were helping.

No matter you ask 10 times, they gonna teach you each time with so much patience.

The best part is the not so formal nature which keeps the interns interested in their works.

Best things

The people obviously.

You would be welcomed each time with a smile by all the people around you.

And secondly, there was no hurry.

You could patiently learn and try under their guidance.

Bad things

Except the small office, nothing was bad to call for a mention.

No stipend was given.

Any Other Thing

The humble and welcoming people added to make it worth calling a life time opportunity.
