Name of Organisation, Location, Team Strength

The Legal Group, Dubai, 15-20

Application Process

I applied through an Aunt of mine, but you can apply to

I just had a small face to face interview, was asked about my interest and I got the Internship.

Duration of internship and timings

Office timings: 9 am – 6 pm

Duration: 1 month or longer if you want.

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

I loved the office and the people.

It was a local firm in UAE that dealt with Arbitration, Litigation, and IPR.

The people were localites, and some were Pakistani, Indian, Malaysian too. And very kind.

They made me feel like I have been a part of them since long and I was made to feel very comfortable.

I would get coffee as soon as I got there, I had a cabin to myself and I loved the environment.

Infrastructure was excellent.

Main tasks

I was first given to do some case briefs, draft notices, research about the UAE Arbitration laws and Civil Code.

I also worked on one of the cases whose Ratification was gonna be held, so I and my co-intern had to make Counter-Arguments.

As my first law-based internship I loved it to the fullest.

Work environment and people

Amazing work Environment.

The boss who is a local is very kind and loves teaching interns and the lady I worked under was very sweet as well.
