But if anyone wanted to do an internship under Mr. Bhagwati lal Mundra Sir than he/she can personally visit to his Chamber and by giving a short interview he can be allowed to join his office soon. Even one can also call him on this number.

His chamber is situated in R.K. colony, Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Duration of internship and timings

25th February to 25th March, 2014

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

First day of my internship started with a short but brief introduction of how many courts are there in the district of Bhilwara. Senior Advocate Mr. Bhagwati sir explain me about what are the court discipline, number of courts divided in the district court of Bhilwara. How they function and what I have to do.

After getting the knowledge of required courts and all I was asked to visit his chamber. His office was very well maintain and comprises of all the law journals and books you can think of. Though he was a senior advocate, he is a very humble person. He was a very genuine man with high credential.

Main tasks

Working under a senior advocate is not only a privilege provided to the advocates working under him, but it also provides sweeter benefits to the interns working under him. Like the goodwill which sir had it carry on with the interns and advocates working under him too.

Main work that I was asked to do was to study the cases dealt under the jurisdiction of the sir and also sometimes I was asked to put forward my views and ideas towards the case. I asked to observe the case proceedings and make some notes on it so that if in future I did not understand anything I can ask sir or any of his fellow mates. This is what asked to be done my be or any intern working under him.

Work environment and people

Sir has 5-6 advocates, an efficient team in the city of Bhilwara working specially on the civil suits. They have a very friendly attitude towards interns and people working under him.

Best things

An opportunity to interact with various specialized persons working under and above him. The advocates working under him are really very helpful and lenient which helped me to inculcate in me the confidence to deal with people.

The best thing which I personally liked while interning here was the snacks.

A very healthy and comfortable atmosphere to improve your weakness.

Bad things

There were no such bad things.

No stipend
