I interned under lawyer Mayank Bansal and his father MP Bansal. I got this internship through one of my seniors in college.

Duration of internship and timings

I interned there for 30 days from 20th May, 2016- 18th June, 2016.

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

On my first day, Mr. Mayank Bansal asked me questions regarding law to check my knowledge and asked me which was my favorite subject. He also asked me about previous internships and that what am I expecting from this internship.

Main tasks

I read case files and attended various court hearings in district courts and also debt recovery tribunal.

Work environment and people

It was a small chamber and there were only three lawyers. Sir also gave me a lot of knowledge on code of civil procedure.

Best things

Because it was a small place, we used to get personal treatment n had direct communication. It was a very comfortable internship.

Bad things

There we no bad things in this internship.

Biggest Lessons

I learnt a lot of practical things about Code of Civil Procedure which will help me a lot in my CPC classrooms.

Accommodation

I stayed in Noida in a PG and used to up down through metro till Tis Hazari but it’s very hectic so I suggest you to take PGs in Kamla Nagar as it is very near from Tis Hazari Court.

Office Timings

We had to report at 10 am and sir used to leave us by 4 pm since we used to come from Noida.
