First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
That was my first visit to High Court. Since I approached him through my senior, I got daughterly treatment. He was very patient and asked his Associate to explain me the facts of the cases which were listed for the day.
At the office, I was asked to find cases on various points of a service law matter which was listed for the next day.
Main tasks
I was assigned the tasks of researching only. Everyday I was given a topic and asked to find cases for the same. If I had any doubts then I could ask Miss Neha (Office Associate).
Before calling it a day, Sir used to ask me whatever I have researched and discussed the law points with me as well as his Associates.
Sometimes, I was expected to sit in his Office while he was dictating a writ petition and in between, he can ask any question regarding the matter to make sure you are listening to him and discussed the law points and judgements.
Most of the times, I was in the office till 8 pm and could go home only after finishing the assigned work.
Work environment and people
Mr. Dadwal is very witty but polite at the same. He laughs quite easily and so are his Associates. However, they work really hard and sincerely. They expect the same from the interns as well.
Best things
The discussion session and all the times when I had to sit in his office while he was dictating on writ petitions or appeals on service laws.
Bad things

Biggest Lessons
Working hard and sincerely are the keys to success. Do not stall.
Any Other Thing
