Application Process with contact details
Duration of internship and timings
June – July, 2016
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
When stepped in tis Hazari, there was a sense of astonishment and apprehension, watching too many advocates, black and white all over, cabins all around some cabins were cemented while other were like a kuttcha hut.
So many lawyers sitting in them, without air conditioner or fan got to know hard work matters.
My work place was much better, law books all around, advocate asked my details and purpose. Introduced me with the procedure followed there and the different courts.
He gave me various case study to read and understand and asked me to follow him to the courts, watching the court room discipline and procedure.
Typed some cases.
Work environment and people
It was a healthy environment to work at. As it was my first internship, I was treated as a student and there was much leniency given to me. Every thing was explained to me, provided solutions to my doubts to cases.
Was introduced to many advocates and inspired me everyday.
Got to know about many new laws and court procedures
Made me realize my potential and gave a new experience.
Learnt courtroom discipline and procedures.
No bad things as such.
It was a new experience which enhances hardwork and tolerance power. It was not a air-conditioned workplace, but was not a problem.
Law is a field, which has risk, but to be ahead of every other advocate, there is a need of hard work.
If you take it easy, you are gonna be as similar to every other advocate sitting under the tin roofs without a good infrastructure and reputation.
Any Other Thing
A much needed experience for every law student.
Was staying at home, travelled daily via metro
10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Timings were relaxed.
