Internship Experience @ Bhullar Law Firm, Delhi: Court Visits, Research & Drafting

The work includes Criminal, Customs, FERA, FEMA, NDPS, Income Tax, Martimonial and Consumer disputes.

Duration of the Internship

4 weeks; 01 August – 31st August, 2018.

It is 6 days a week. The timing for interns are from 10am- 6pm, however the associates work late.

Application procedure

I mailed my CV to and got the reply within a few weeks.

Main tasks

Mostly I did research work. We also got an opportunity to observe court proceedings. Topics varied from Income Tax, Cr.PC to Customs Act, NDPS Act. I went to court in the morning itself and came back to the office with the associates. My work also included preparing case notes, finding relevant case laws, orders etc. They even give you drafting in case you’re interested.

Work Environment, Associates

Work environment is very professional and encouraging. All the people including Bhullar Sir are very sweet, comforting, knowledgeable and are ready to help whenever needed. The associates explain each and every work to the interns in an amazing way. No one is ever rude and the work given is always informative. It is the kind of internship where you would want to get up and be excited about going.

The Best Things

In my opinion every thing about the internship was good, including the corrections I got, it is by far the most amazing internship that I have done and if you genuinely want to learn, this is the right place for you.


I got Rs.5000 for 4 weeks, however it is on a discretionary basis.
