ABOUT THE COURSE

Alternative Dispute Resolution is a technique for dispute resolution of disputes outside the courts. These techniques are most encouraging and prospective option for resolution of disputes in India and USA.

Arbitration is the most preferred option as it is a speedy remedy since invariably rules of evidence and procedure are far more flexible; there are no crowded dockets; arbitrators have expertise in the commercial issues being addressed; there can be high levels of confidentiality and privacy; corruption and political overreach are minimal, and the parties can choose laws and procedures to be applied.

With the globalization, liberalization and rapid growth of international trade, international disputes are resolved through International Commercial Arbitration.

For a country like India with its burgeoning cases waiting to be disposed and limited judicial outreach arbitration can be valuable.

The Course will cover the emerging issues and challenges for effective dispute resolution through alternative techniques in India and USA.

To explore and expound the understanding of the Emerging issues of Arbitration;

To bring out the philosophical and historical rooting of the funding features of Dispute Resolution Mechanism;

To examine the comparative features for common understandings;

To venture a futuristic assessment of best practices followed in the area of ADR; etc

REGISTRATION FEE

The selected candidates have to pay Rs. 5000/- as course fee, which includes (Registration fee, accommodation charges and food). No transportation and travel reimbursement shall be entertained.

The course fee can be paid through Online payment link. The link will be sent to the selected candidates.
